The music began during a trip to the Philippines in the spring of 2023. Originally, I was was going to make a YouTube channel focused on self employment, digital nomads and tips for starting new and building momentum in business. I started writing and recording songs during this time, and once I started I realized I could never stop.

About Paul Robert
Born and raised in California and after beginning his career in corporate sales, technology and insurance, Paul decided to make his debut album, 110, released in early 2024. The title of the project became 110 when he realized there was a steeper learning curve than anticipated and he had to give 110% to grow as a songwriter and as an artist. After its release and achieving some initial success through streaming and marketing efforts he realized he had to put in even more to manifest a bigger breakthrough in the highly competitive music industry. In the spring of 2024 he released a mixtape called Counted consisting of over 30 songs and also created a 20 song project called Lying. When Lying was blocked from being distributed to stores through a mysterious copyright claim that was likely tied to a nonexclusive beat he purchased, he decided again that he had to up his game. He moved to Los Angeles and began to work on a new project from scratch with new collaborators. The vibes of his songs lean towards positive and optimistic, with topics ranging from believing in yourself, taking action, love, heartache, and the perils of technology. He enjoys the collaboration that goes into making music and the creative process from start to finish. His music is strongly influenced from hip hop, pop and electronic dance music.
